Billing Clerk
Overview:
Manpower is seeking to recruit a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Clerk e to join our client's team. The role will involve assisting the legal division in keeping track of their billings but will also serve as a bill collector. In this role, one can aspire to be one of the pioneers that drives revenue within our client.
General Responsibilities include:
- Organising and prioritising the issuing of invoices.
- Processing and liaising with clients in connection to invoice-related queries.
- Efficiently maintaining customer ledgers.
- Assisting with any other office and accounting duties may be required.
- Keeping abreast of all legal updates.
- Ensuring deadlines are met.
- Providing quality service to clients.
Requirements of the ideal Candidate:
- A Minimum Advanced level in Accountancy
- Be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Able to communicate confidently and effectively in both Maltese and English
- Able to work well as part of a team
