Manpower is seeking to recruit an experienced Land Surveyor on behalf of a reputable organisation within the construction and civil engineering sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who is confident in carrying out precise surveying work and preparing high-quality technical drawings.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Projects Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for conducting site surveys, producing accurate drawings, and supporting project teams with essential land measurement and mapping activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting site visits and performing land/area surveys

• Using computer-aided software to record survey results and produce detailed plans

• Designing, preparing, and maintaining 2D and 3D drawings based on architectural and engineering specifications

• Establishing baselines, elevations, property lines, boundaries, and site levels

• Verifying the accuracy of survey data, including on-site measurements and calculations

• Ensuring all markings on site are clear, precise, and compliant with project requirements

• Assisting management with ad-hoc tasks as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in land surveying (essential); an academic qualification in surveying or a related field is highly preferred
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD/drafting software

• Ability to work independently and deliver accurate work within deadlines

• Good command of both English and Maltese; knowledge of Italian is considered an asset

• Valid driving license
