Purchasing & Logistics Clerk

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Purchasing and Logistics Clerk to join our clients team within the marine and industrial laundry sector. The selected candidate will support the spare parts division by managing procurement, order processing, and logistics operations to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage sales quotations and customer sales orders.

  • Issue purchase orders to suppliers and monitor delivery lead times.

  • Coordinate collections with customer shipping companies.

  • Register supplier invoices and prepare company invoices for customers.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth communication between suppliers and clients.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in purchasing, logistics, or order administration.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.

  • Good communication and coordination abilities.

  • Proficiency in using office and ERP systems for order and invoice management.
