Overview
Manpower is seeking to recruit an Administrative Support Officer to join our clients team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and professional operation of the department, providing comprehensive assistance to the General Manager and supporting effective decision-making processes.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate schedules, calendars, and appointments.
Handle correspondence, phone calls, emails, and incoming mail on behalf of management.
Order and manage office supplies to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Schedule, prepare, and document meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
Organize travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.
Support the planning and execution of brand events, conferences, and initiatives.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and contact lists while ensuring confidentiality.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and internal documentation as required.
Process purchase requisitions and assist with ad hoc departmental projects.
Provide seasonal administrative support, particularly during the Christmas period.
Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
Requirements:
Minimum of O-Level education or equivalent.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Flexible, reliable, and capable of working both independently and within a team.
Previous experience in an administrative or support role will be considered an asset.
