Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to join our clients team in Malta. The selected candidate will support administrative operations, personnel documentation, and guest coordination activities, ensuring efficiency and smooth day-to-day functioning.
Responsibilities:
Manage administrative tasks related to personnel, including attendance, absences, and work reports.
Create and maintain employee records and access documentation for staff and third-party contractors.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, correspondence, and visitor reception.
Coordinate daily office administration, document management, and scheduling.
Oversee reservations and guest arrangements, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in administrative or back-office roles.
Excellent command of English; Italian knowledge is an asset.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
Team-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
