Overview
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Affiliate Manager to join our client's team.
Job Responsibilities:
The Affiliate Manager owns the growth and quality of our affiliate channel across Switzerland and Turkey (and adjacent markets). You will acquire, activate and scale affiliate partnerships (blogs/SEO, media networks, paid media partners, streamers/influencers), negotiate commercial models (CPA/RevShare/Hybrid), and deliver profitable, compliant acquisition at pace. This is a mid/senior performance-driven role, with room to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Acquisition & Growth
· Source, vet and onboard high-potential affiliates; run proactive outreach and close tailored deals (CPA/RevShare/Hybrid CPL-to-FTD, tiered pricing, minimum performance safeguards).
· Build a healthy pipeline by vertical and market (CH/TR), expanding into emerging sub-channels (content sites, odds portals, Telegram/Discord communities, streamers).
· Drive activation plans for new partners (first-90-days playbooks) and re-activation plans for dormant ones.
Program Operations & Tooling
· Administer affiliate platforms (e.g., NetRefer): tracking setup, postbacks/pixels, promo codes, attribution rules, validations, and creative asset libraries.
· Own monthly reconciliations and payments with Finance: verify stats, handle discrepancies, apply clawbacks/traffic quality filters and fraud flags.
· Maintain program terms & conditions and SOPs; raise product/BI requests to improve tracking accuracy and reporting granularity.
Performance & Analytics
· Monitor and optimize core KPIs daily/weekly: Unique Clicks, REGs, FTDs, NGR (primary), plus eCPA/eCPL, retention %, ARPU/LTV, churn, chargebacks and fraud rate.
· Build insightful dashboards and partner scorecards; run cohort and source-mix analysis; design and evaluate A/B tests on incentives, landers, creatives and funnels.
· Prepare QBRs with top partners and internal stakeholders; translate insights into clear actions.
Commercial & Relationship Management
· Negotiate win-win structures, exclusives and seasonal boosts (sports calendars, casino events) while protecting unit economics and traffic quality.
· Deliver timely communications and creative packages; run joint calendars, promos and content plans tailored to DE/TR audiences.
· Represent the brand(s) at key industry events (SBC, SiGMA, iGB Affiliate) to drive partner acquisition and brand visibility.
Compliance, Brand Safety & Risk
· Ensure all affiliate activities adhere to brand guidelines, responsible gaming messaging and market-specific restrictions for CH/TR.
· Proactively monitor placements and claims; manage takedowns, blacklists and audit trails.
· Collaborate with Risk/Payments to detect and reduce bonus abuse, fraud and multi-accounting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Partner closely with Acquisition, Media Buying, CRM/Retention, Product, Compliance/Legal and CS to synchronise offers, comms, funnels and incentives.
· Provide market feedback to Product and Content.
Requirements:
3-6+ years experience in affiliate management within iGaming (casino/sportsbook); demonstrable success scaling FTDs and NGR profitably.
· Market experience in Switzerland and/or Turkey (or DACH/TR adjacent) strongly preferred.
· Language skills: Fluent English plus German and/or Turkish preferred.
· Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills; confident communicator (written/verbal) with the ability to write clear partner comms and compelling pitches.
· Hands-on mastery of affiliate and analytics tooling: NetRefer, GA4, MMPs (AppsFlyer/Adjust), data viz (Tableau/Power BI/Looker), Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups).
· Solid understanding of attribution, tracking and postback logic; comfortable troubleshooting pixels and UTMs.
· Proven ability to analyse data and convert insights into actions; disciplined in documentation and SOP creation.
· High integrity with a compliance-first approach and strong brand-safety instincts.
· Based in Malta or willing to relocate; availability for occasional travel (events/partner visits).
