Sales & Customer Executive
On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is looking for a Sales & Customer Executive to join a leading insurance company with a reputation for excellence, innovation, and people-first values.

What Youll Be Doing:
Welcome and assist walk-in clients, intermediaries, and handle phone/email queries with professionalism and care
Provide product information, issue quotations, and guide customers through policy setup and updates
Manage customer requests, process changes, and resolve issues to ensure an exceptional experience
Promote new products and contribute to business growth
What You Bring:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both written and verbal) ️
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Team player who can also work independently
Fluent in Maltese and English (Spanish is a plus!)
Progress toward or possession of a CII qualification is highly valued
