Corporate Administrator
A well-established and dynamic professional services firm is looking to hire a Corporate Administrator (Senior/Junior) to support its growing team. The successful candidate will work on a varied portfolio of local and international clients, with a focus on relocation and corporate support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and submit single permit applications on behalf of clients.
- Ensure all required documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner.
- Respond to client queries relating to relocation matters and permit processes.
- Liaise with both clients and relevant authorities to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues.
- Act as the first point of contact during the application process and accompany clients to authorities when necessary.
- Provide general corporate and administrative assistance as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role, ideally within corporate services or immigration support.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Maltese.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to work on own initiative and manage tasks independently.
- Positive team player with a professional and solution-oriented attitude.
