Responsibilities:
Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for enterprise IT systems and applications, ensuring system stability and performance.
Maintain and enhance Windows Server environments, Active Directory, backups, patching, and PKI systems.
Lead root cause analysis, implement preventive solutions, and manage system changes in line with compliance standards.
Automate operational tasks using scripting to improve system efficiency and reliability.
Mentor junior team members and collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers, including participation in international travel for implementations and support.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Windows enterprise support and IT operations.
Proficient in managing Windows Server (2016+), AD, DNS, GPO, Hyper-V, WSUS, and related technologies.
Experience in at least one focus area: Domain Admin tasks, Application Lifecycle Management, or PKI/Certificate Authority operations.
Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience with change management, SQL server, and ITIL-based tools.
Fluent in English, with the ability to travel internationally (up to 60%) and participate in on-call rotations.
