Global Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for enterprise IT systems and applications, ensuring system stability and performance.

  • Maintain and enhance Windows Server environments, Active Directory, backups, patching, and PKI systems.

  • Lead root cause analysis, implement preventive solutions, and manage system changes in line with compliance standards.

  • Automate operational tasks using scripting to improve system efficiency and reliability.

  • Mentor junior team members and collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers, including participation in international travel for implementations and support.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Windows enterprise support and IT operations.

  • Proficient in managing Windows Server (2016+), AD, DNS, GPO, Hyper-V, WSUS, and related technologies.

  • Experience in at least one focus area: Domain Admin tasks, Application Lifecycle Management, or PKI/Certificate Authority operations.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience with change management, SQL server, and ITIL-based tools.

  • Fluent in English, with the ability to travel internationally (up to 60%) and participate in on-call rotations.
