Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Responsible Gaming Specialist to join our client's team.
Support the implementation and maintenance of the Responsible Gaming framework in line with regulatory requirements
Conduct daily player account reviews and manage Responsible Gaming cases accordingly
Promote responsible gaming awareness and assist with internal training initiatives
Maintain accurate documentation and prepare internal reports related to Responsible Gaming activities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective application of Responsible Gaming measures
Minimum 2 years experience in iGaming
Previous experience in Responsible Gaming, Compliance, or Customer Risk roles is essential
Strong attention to detail and ability to work within structured regulatory frameworks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A Level or EQF Level 4 qualification (or equivalent)
