On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking a DevOps Tech Lead to head our DevOps and IT teams, driving automation, scalability, security, and reliability across our infrastructure and systems. Youll oversee cloud solutions, CI/CD pipelines, and internal IT operations supporting both development and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of DevOps Engineers and IT professionals.
Architect and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure (preferably GCP).
Design and manage CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
Oversee corporate IT operations, support, and enterprise applications.
Ensure high system availability, monitoring, and incident response readiness.
Implement automation, logging, and alerting to boost efficiency and resilience.
Foster collaboration across teams to enhance deployment and performance.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering.
Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
Strong scripting (Python, Bash, or Go) and IaC experience.
Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
Familiarity with IT infrastructure, security, and support operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
