Planning Coordinator

On behalf of our client, ManPower Malta is seeking to recruit a Planning Coordinator.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed repair schedules and coordinate with all departments
• Review documentation and inspect vessels upon arrival
• Assess manpower, materials, and subcontractor needs
• Coordinate dock availability and facility readiness
• Lead daily production meetings and maintain clear communication with the client
• Prepare technical drawings using AutoCAD
• Collaborate across departments for timely delivery

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Naval Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD for technical drawing and planning purposes
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex projects
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Strong command of the English language, knowledge of Italian is considered an advantage
