Civil & Commercial Litigation Lawyer

Manpower Malta is seeking a skilled Civil and Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join our Client's legal team. The ideal candidate will represent clients in various court hearings, draft judicial acts, and assist in corporate law matters. A minimum of 1 year of experience with a warrant and court work is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court hearings before the Court of Magistrates, First Hall Civil Court, Appeals Court, and various tribunals.
• Draft judicial acts including letters, warrants, applications, and affidavits.
• Draft commercial agreements.
• Provide assistance in day-to-day corporate law matters.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with a legal warrant.
• Proven experience in court representation.
• Strong drafting skills for judicial acts and commercial agreements.
• Knowledge of corporate law and related matters.
