Head of HR
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Head of HR to join our client's team.
Who you are:
- You possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role.
- You have a proven track record of developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that attract and retain top talent.
- You're capable of building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- You're an expert in all aspects of the HR lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.
- You possess a strong understanding of employment law and best practices in Malta.
- You're a data-driven leader who leverages HR analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
- You're a proactive problem solver.
- Fluency in English is a must; Maltese language skills are a plus.
What you will do:
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
- Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement talent management programs that attract, retain, and develop high-performing employees.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to leadership and employees on all HR matters.
