Influencer Marketing Coordinator (German Speaking)

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a German-speaking Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our client's team.

This role is ideal for a highly motivated marketing professional with strong knowledge of the DACH region and a passion for influencer-driven growth within the iGaming and streaming industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing influencer partnerships, executing performance-focused campaigns, and driving user acquisition through data-led strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies focused on lead generation and player acquisition across the DACH market
• Identify, vet, and manage relationships with influencers, streamers, and brand ambassadors, ensuring alignment with brand goals
• Oversee end-to-end influencer campaigns, including briefing, coordination, execution, and post-campaign performance analysis
• Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs (FTDs, LTV, ROI), and optimize influencer activity for maximum impact
• Manage community engagement and analyze audience interactions, including German-language chats, to improve performance and sentiment

Key Requirements:

• Fluent German (C1 level or above) and strong English communication skills
• Proven experience in influencer marketing, ideally within iGaming, gaming, or digital entertainment
• Strong understanding of the DACH digital landscape; Swiss market knowledge is a strong advantage
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign performance and optimizing ROI
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns
