On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking an Accounts office, who will support daily accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, and adherence to internal controls and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and management reports.
Perform reconciliations as required.
Process invoices, receipts, and payments promptly and accurately.
Manage assigned accounts payable tasks.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Liaise with internal teams and external parties when needed.
Perform additional accounting duties as assigned.
Requirements
Proficiency in accounting techniques; A-level in Accounting or strong relevant experience.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
Strong communication skills.
Good ICT skills.
Team-oriented, systematic, and comfortable with problem-solving.
