Stock Controller

The Stock Controller & Data Specialist oversees inventory accuracy and ERP system operations, ensuring reliable stock levels, smooth data flow, and efficient processes. The role requires cross‑department coordination, supplier management, and strong data‑driven decision support.

Key Responsibilities

Stock Control & Inventory

• Perform stock counts, audits, reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage stock orders, monitor movements, and ensure timely replenishment.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of stock activity.
• Produce reports on stock trends and variances.

Collaboration & Supplier Management

• Coordinate with logistics, sales, and finance teams.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships.

Pricing & Shipping

• Update selling prices based on market changes.
• Post shipping details and reconcile customer invoices.

Document Processing

• Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and related documents.

ERP Administration

• Maintain and update ERP systems, perform backups, and support users.
• Ensure data accuracy, configure modules, integrate tools, and manage access rights.
• Monitor performance, generate analytical reports, and liaise with ERP vendors.
• Train warehouse staff on ERP use.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock control, inventory management, or ERP admin.
• Strong ERP knowledge and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail and experience managing supplier relationships.
