Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Clamp Lifter Operator to join our client's team.
Responsibilities:
Operate clamp lifters to prepare and transport paper rolls according to daily production schedules.
Continuously replenish materials to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations.
Conduct quality checks, troubleshoot equipment, and perform basic adjustments as needed.
Maintain accurate data entry and ensure the work area is organized and clean.
Follow Health & Safety procedures and actively participate in training and process improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts or clamp lifters.
Ability to communicate in Maltese and/or English.
Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and teamwork.
Willingness to learn and follow company procedures.
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
