IT Operations Specialist

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an IT Operations Specialist to join our client's team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, ensuring system stability, security, and performance.

• Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, networking, and cloud services.

• Administer and maintain Microsoft environments including Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Azure.

• Manage VMware environments, backup solutions, and proactive system monitoring.

• Assist in cybersecurity initiatives and maintain accurate IT documentation and procedures.

Key Requirements:

• 57 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, ideally within telecom or service sectors.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Azure AD, M365, SharePoint, Exchange).

• Hands-on experience with VMware, networking (preferably Cisco), and backup technologies.

• Certifications in Microsoft, VMware, or Cisco (e.g., CCNA) and ITIL4 Specialist: Create, Deliver, Support.

• Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication, and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
