Graphic Designer
On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join a dynamic marketing team.
In this role, you will bring brand stories to life across both print and digital platforms from supermarket brochures to packaging and social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce brochures, flyers, and marketing materials in line with brand guidelines.
- Create engaging visuals for social media platforms, websites, and email campaigns.
- Support marketing campaigns by developing creative concepts and adapting designs across multiple formats.
- Design packaging and product labels, ensuring brand consistency and compliance with print and regulatory standards.
- Liaise with printers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality production.
- Develop visuals for in-store signage, seasonal displays, and promotional materials.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Maltese & English.
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a graphic design role, ideally within retail, food, or FMCG.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Solid understanding of print and digital design processes.
- Strong communication skills in English and Maltese.
- A creative portfolio demonstrating a range of work across digital and print media.
