UX Product Engineer

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a UX Product Engineer (Sports Betting & Online Casino) to join our client's team.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, analyse, and solve UX and product experience challenges across sports betting and casino platforms

• Design and iterate user flows, interaction models, and interfaces using Figma

• Analyse real user behaviour and product data to validate UX decisions and improvements

• Translate insights into clear, testable, and user-centric UX solutions

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Marketing teams to deliver effective experiences

Key Requirements:

• Hands-on experience using online sports betting and casino platforms

• Strong understanding of player behaviour and commercial UX within iGaming

• Ability to work with data, KPIs, and user behaviour analysis tools

• Experience collaborating within cross-functional product or design teams

• Solid UX design skills with the ability to visualise and execute solutions
