KYC Analyst - Compliance & AML Associate

On behalf of our client, Manpower is recruiting a KYC Analyst - Compliance & AML Associate to join a well-established CSP in Malta.

What You'll Do

• Conduct KYC and CDD checks
• Review client documentation and onboarding files
• Perform PEP, sanctions, and adverse media screenings
• Identify UBOs and complex ownership structures
• Monitor client accounts and flag suspicious activity
• Support AML compliance and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with clients and internal teams

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Compliance, Legal, Financial Services, or Corporate Services is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• AML/KYC knowledge or compliance qualifications are a plus
