What You'll Do

• Oversee medical claims admin, processes, and reporting
• Manage invoices, payments, and SAP accounting workflows
• Drive cost containment strategies and challenge inefficiencies
• Monitor KPIs (cost per claim, LOS, savings, trends)
• Support case management and high-cost case oversight
• Collaborate across claims, medical, and provider teams
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and audit readiness

What You Bring

• Degree in Healthcare Admin, Business, Nursing, or similar
• Experience in insurance, TPA, or medical claims
• Strong analytical mindset + attention to detail
• Ability to balance cost control with care quality
• Fluent in English and Maltese

Bonus: SAP, utilization management, billing controls, case management experience
