Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Human Resources Performance Leader to join our clients team.
Responsibilities:
Promote a positive, collaborative, and values-driven work culture aligned with company objectives.
Lead initiatives across employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and retention.
Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and frameworks that ensure consistency and compliance.
Support leadership in driving engagement, learning, and development initiatives.
Participate in management meetings and contribute to strategic planning and change management.
Key Requirements:
3-5 years of proven experience in Human Resources roles.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field (considered a strong asset).
Demonstrated ability to design and execute HR strategies that enhance performance and culture.
Fluent in both Maltese and English
Strong understanding of HR compliance, policy development, and employee engagement.
Energetic, people-focused leader with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
