Architect

We are looking for an addition to our client's team, a passionate and talented Architect to join a dynamic and growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of architectural projects from concept through to completion.
• Prepare drawings, models, and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with fellow Architects and Project Managers to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Conduct site visits and assist with inspections.
• Research building systems and materials to inform design decisions.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Provide on-site supervision as needed and be flexible to work outside the office.
• Manage Planning Authority applications.
  

Requirements

• Currently residing in Malta.
  
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (preferably from the University of Malta).

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

• Familiarity with PA design guidelines, sanitary regulations, and CRPD requirements.

• Strong visual and verbal communication skills.

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.

• Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
