Manpower Malta is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role involves operating and monitoring CNC machinery used for cutting and processing uPVC profiles, ensuring precision and consistency throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate, set up, and monitor CNC machines for uPVC profile production
Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders
Conduct quality checks to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery
Detect and report equipment issues or production defects
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet output targets
Requirements:
Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator, preferably in uPVC or similar manufacturing
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements
Strong attention to detail and focus on product quality
Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Basic computer literacy for machine operation interfaces
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
