Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an HR Executive to join our clients growing team.
The selected candidate will support a wide range of HR functions, from payroll assistance and employee relations to data management and compliance, while contributing to the smooth running of daily HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated HR professional with a Level 5 qualification to grow within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in payroll processing and provide coverage when required.
Support employee data management, time and attendance tracking, and HR metrics.
Maintain compliance with employment legislation and assist with related documentation.
Work with HR systems such as Shireburn Indigo and other internal tools.
Provide day-to-day HR assistance, including coordination with outsourced employees and general HR administration.
Key Requirements:
MQF Level 5 qualification (or higher) in Human Resources or a related field.
Basic experience across core HR functions (payroll, employment law, data management).
Strong working knowledge of Excel and HR software (Indigo, Skills Metrics, time attendance systems).
Good understanding of the Maltese language, as most employees are Maltese-speaking.
Interest in areas such as Training and Development will be considered an asset.
The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation across HR areas, with openness to learn and complement the existing HR team based on individual strengths.
