Media Buyer Specialist
							Overview
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Media Buying Specialist to join our client's team.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
- Translate growth targets into channel plans across Display, Programmatic, Video, Native and Paid Social.
- Build test and learn roadmaps (formats, audiences, bidding, frequency, creatives, landers)
Programmatic Buying (DSPs)
- 	Operate DSPs (e.g., QuantCast, PixelBright, Xandr, Pubmatic DSP): campaign setup, pacing, bid strategies, audience layering, brand safety controls.
- Deploy 1P/2P/3P audiences, contextual, lookalikes; manage allow/deny lists, frequency, dayparting.
 
 
Private Deals & Direct Buys
	
- Source and negotiate PMP/PG deals with premium publishers, sports verticals, odds/score portals and mainstream media; manage IOs, floors, and delivery SLAs.
- Maintain a deal library with performance benchmarks and renewal cadences.
 
 
Measurement, Tracking & Martech
	
- Own tagging and attribution across GA4, postbacks/UTMs, server side tracking.
 
 
Creative Trafficking & QA
	
- Traffic and version creatives in Bannerflow; coordinate HTML5 production, dynamic feeds, and localisation.
- Run pre flight checks (specs, weights, clickTags), brand/claim compliance, and A/B variant libraries.
 
 
Optimization & Reporting
	
- Monitor and improve efficiency daily: pacing, win rates, supply mix, frequency capping, creative fatigue, viewability. 
- Build actionable dashboards and weekly readouts; deliver QBRs with clear insights and next steps.
 
 
KPIs (owned/primary)
	
- Cost per REG, Cost per FTD, eCPA, ROAS / Cost per NGR
- Unique Clicks, CTR, CVR, FTD rate
- Quality & safety: viewability (avg %), brand safety
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years in programmatic/media buying (iGaming or closely regulated verticals preferred).
- Hands-on DSP experience and direct-publisher deal making.
- Strong command of tagging, UTMs, and attribution concepts.
- Working knowledge of Bannerflow trafficking; familiarity with NetRefer/MyAffiliates is a plus.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable with spreadsheets/Looker/Tableau; SQL is a plus.
- Excellent English; German and/or Turkish beneficial.
