Assess customer needs and recommend suitable services
Build rapport and maintain a helpful, professional attitude
Stay updated on available services and respond to customer queries via phone/email
Communicate with potential clients and promote company services
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
Minimum O Level education
Computer literate (ECDL preferred)
Team player with good communication skills
Fluent in English
Must be currently based in Malta
