Manpower is currently seeking to recruit a Dynamics CRM Solution Consultant to join our clients growing team.
Join a dynamic group of Microsoft Power Platform specialists and contribute to a fast-evolving practice.
Take the lead on initiatives involving SharePoint, Power Platform, and Power BI solutions.
Engage in client workshops and pre-sales discussions to gain a clear understanding of business goals and system requirements.
Work closely with senior consultants to design tailored solutions aligned with customer needs.
Provide regular updates on progress, manage client expectations, and escalate challenges where necessary.
Support solution delivery through Power Platform configuration and related technologies.
Develop and execute test scripts, coordinate testing activities, and ensure solutions meet performance expectations.
Deliver end-user training and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions.
Play an active role in supporting clients during go-live and encourage successful system adoption.
Proven experience leading projects from a business analysis or consultancy perspective.
Strong background in system implementation including requirements gathering, process design, configuration, testing, training, and change management.
A positive and proactive approach, with the ability to collaborate effectively and maintain strong professional relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Fluency in Maltese will be considered an asset.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and eagerness to continuously learn.
