Business Development Lead
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Business Development Lead on behalf of our client, a well-established business with over 45 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the parts, consumables, tyres and lubricants sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
- Provide feedback from clients to the product development and management teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within automotive or industrial parts/lubricants industries
- Strong understanding of the parts, consumables, tyres and lubricants industry in the local market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
