2nd Line Support Technician
On Behalf of our client, Manpower malta is seeking to recruit an 2nd Line Support Technician.
Job PurposeProvide second-level technical support by resolving escalated IT issues, particularly those related to networks, systems configuration, and Microsoft cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Address issues escalated from 1st line support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues including:
- Network connectivity and configuration
- 3CX telephony systems
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Provide remote and on-site support to clients.
- Assist in documentation and knowledge base updates.
- Participate in on-call rotation if required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Valid driving license.
- Strong experience in second-level IT support.
- Proficiency in networking and Microsoft 365.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Digital literacy and adaptability to tech-driven environments.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and other Microsoft Cloud services.
- Certifications in networking or Microsoft technologies.
Additional Requirements
- Office-based with field visits.

Work Arrangement: Office-based
Travel: Frequent travel to client sites in Malta.
