Accountant

Manpower is seeking to recruit an Accountant to join our client's team. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervising the maintenance of ledgers and other financial records.
• Supervising accounts officers
• Preparing of Management Accounts & Budgets
• Supporting the Finance Manager of assigned business units and team members where required
• Preparing VAT returns and financial data required for official bodies and Government departments
• Liaising with the groups auditors and other business units service providers
• Liaising with local banks, prepare up-to-date bank balances, debtor and creditor positions, and other financial data
• Contributing to the ongoing development and strengthening of internal controls

Requirements:

• Is detail-oriented, accurate and motivated;
• Has the ability work on own initiative as well as part of a team
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position
• Has acquired the ACCA qualifications and in possession of their warrant.
• Is fluent in written and spoken English;
