Associate Business Analyst
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Junior Business Analyst for our client.
The Associate BA will report to the IT Manager ( Business Applications) and will be responsible to support in the analysis of company business processes, support in the design relevant IT solutions and support the delivery IT process automation projects. The Associate BA will work closely with senior colleagues to provide application user support, complete system documentation, deliver low code process automation projects, perform application testing and provide user training.
Key Accountabilities
ERP Business Application Architecture
- Develop knowledge of various FCP departments processes and software functionality (ERP, PLM, CRM, MES, HRMS).
- Support in the analysis and deployment of software applications
- Complete application software users documentation and coordinate user application testing
ICT Project Management
- Participate and support senior colleagues in business analysis, requirements definitions and solution deployments.
- Deliver low code automation projects
- Update project status reports
Systems & Software Support
- Provide 1st & 2nd level support to end users for assign depts.
- Deliver software training to end users.
- Support software quality and security audit process
People & Section Management
- Participate in project teams with a can-do attitude.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Education
- MQF Level 6 qualification in Computer Science, Business Analytics or Business & IT ( or in the process of obtaining such a degree)
Experience
- 0-1 years of ICT professional experience (short internships and another other business exposure are also acceptable).
Technical Skills
- Ability to perform business analysis and engage positively with business process owners
- Knowledge of Process Mapping Techniques and requirements gathering
- Technical knowledge of Project management for delivery of IT business solutions
- Understanding of software development with traditional and agile methodologies
- Preferably with knowledge of Enterprise application concepts and Business Intelligence solutions
- Capability to choose required procedures for tasks
- Capability to search for solutions, analyse requirements, and organise work effectively
