Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Customer Support Agent (Fluent in German & English) to join our client's team.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with loan or credit card applications and repayments.
Respond to inquiries via phone, chat, SMS, or email.
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and service value.
Place the customer at the centre of all interactions and solutions.
Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Key Requirements:
Fluent in German and proficient in English (written & spoken).
Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
Goal-driven, proactive, and able to work in a multicultural team.
Previous customer support or call centre experience is an asset, but not essential.
Reliable, positive, and committed approach to work.
