Local Litigation Lawyer
Our client is currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated lawyer within their Litigation Department.
General Responsibilities include:
- Attending court and tribunal sittings
- Assisting clients with the provision of legal assistance and advice in constitutional, real estate, civil & commercial litigation, and arbitration
- Research and drafting legal advice and judicial documents
- Supporting the legal team generally, under the direction of the Firm's partners
Requirements of the ideal candidate:
- Be fully warranted and have at least 2 years post-qualification experience
- Be able to work under pressure and is results-oriented
- Be able to work in a team
- Have excellent communication skills especially in Maltese and English, both verbal and written
