Graphic Designer
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in visual communication and a passion for leveraging AI design tools to push creative boundaries. In this role, you'll combine traditional design expertise with cutting-edge technology to create innovative marketing visuals and elevate our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver effective and visually compelling design support across all product and communication channels
- Ideate and execute creative concepts for mid- and large-scale marketing campaigns
- Use Adobe Creative Suite alongside AI-based tools like Leonardo AI, Midjourney, DALL·E, and Adobe Firefly to accelerate and enhance design workflows
- Collaborate with the Acquisition and Marketing teams to develop engaging campaign assets
- Interpret briefs accurately, ask smart questions, and bring fresh creative perspectives
- Prioritise and manage multiple design requests in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Revise and improve designs based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining consistency
- Liaise with external agencies and freelancers as needed

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or Marketing (optional)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional Graphic Designer, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment required
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English required
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) required
- Strong knowledge of visual design principles: layout, typography, colour, composition, UI fundamentals required
