Commis Chef

On Behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking an enthusiastic Commis Chef to support the kitchen team in food preparation and ensure smooth daily operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their culinary skills in a professional and health-focused environment.

• Assist in food preparation under the guidance of senior chefs.
  
• Ensure ingredients are properly prepared and stored.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
  
• Follow food safety regulations and kitchen protocols.
  
• Support chefs in assembling dishes and plating meals.
  
• Learn and develop new cooking techniques and skills.
  
  

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef or relevant kitchen experience preferred.
  
• Passion for cooking and interest in healthy cuisine.
  
• Culinary qualification or training is a plus.
  
• Strong teamwork and willingness to learn.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends.
