Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an Admin Clerk to join our client's team.
Responsibilities:
Manage and organize office files, documents, and schedules.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Prepare and process invoices, reports, and other administrative paperwork.
Coordinate office supplies and provide general administrative support to team members.
Key Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional studies in office administration are an asset.
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
Fluent in Maltese and English, both spoken and written.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team
