Senior Electrical Technician

Manpower Malta are looking for a Senior Electrical Technician to join our clients team.

The Senior Electrical Technician, under the direction of the Assistant Maintenance Manager and the Director of Engineering, will take responsibility to ensure that all the electrical, telephony, centralised plant, equipment and infrastructure within the Resort is operated at maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

A flexible and willing approach to work, including outside office hours as the needs may dictate, to ensure that the operations and services to guests are not impacted at any time, is essential.

One is expected to have a good understanding of building technical services and systems including but not limited to the below:

• Plant rooms for water procedures and water heating
• Air conditioning systems
• Telephony
• Generator and switch gears
• Sewage plants and sewage treatment plants
• Knowledge of building management systems including scheduling of equipment to ensure that all the plant is not operating unnecessarily
• Electrical distribution
• Kitchen appliances

The Senior Electrical Technician should have both Licences A & B, as well as an advanced technical diploma or equivalent, accompanied by a number of years of experience in this field of work.
