Sales Manager
Manpower is looking to hire a Sales Manager to join our client's team. Our client is a prominent retailer and distributor of premium tools and equipment, catering to both professionals and DIY enthusiasts. With a strong reputation for dependability, exceptional customer service, and a wide product range, they are seeking a Sales Manager to elevate their sales operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and trade professionals.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the tools, hardware, or construction industry.
- Computer literate, fluent in spoken and written Maltese and English.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering top-tier service.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Open to learning and receiving further training on specific products, both locally and abroad.
- In possession of a clean driving licence (category B) and be responsible for visiting clients at their own premises
