Lease & Rental Sales Executive

Manpower is seeking to recruit a Lease & Rental Sales Executive to join our client's team.

• Identifying and contacting prospective clients in order to initiate new leasing agreements.
• Immediately follow-up on prospective clients and drafting leasing agreements that follow company guidelines and offer the best possible service.
• Inspect vehicles available and ensure they are compliant to our standards before and after they are leased.
• Ensure all damage is reported, repaired, and billed accordingly.
• Keep track of vehicles and manage the fleets location, duration of lease, client details and other relevant information.
• Ensure all client and vehicle data is maintained and collected in full.
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all the times; attendance and reliability are imperative.

The successful candidate should preferably have:

• Minimum A level of education.
• Proficient in the use of a PC, preferably ECDL certified.
• Previous experience in a similar industry and position.
• Ability to communicate in English is required, knowledge of Maltese would be considered an asset.
• Excellent organizational skills.
