Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our customer base in the freight forwarding industry, with a specific focus on sea freight, air freight, and logistics services.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the freight forwarding industry, including manufacturers, distributors, and retailers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities.
- Present and promote our sea freight, air freight, and logistics services to prospective clients.
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient execution of customer orders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and market trends to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the freight forwarding industry.
- Strong knowledge of sea freight, air freight, and logistics services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Must be based in Malta
