Quantity Surveyor & Estimator

On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking a Quantity Surveyor & Estimator. This position requires a detail-oriented and responsible individual to prepare accurate quotations and detailed drawings for mechanical installations. This role involves creating and reviewing technical documents, schematics, and estimates, as well as ensuring on-site accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare working drawings and as-fitted drawings.
• Analyze tender drawings to develop accurate project plans.
• Create pipework schematics.
• Develop tenders and estimates for mechanical installations.
• Verify measurements and equipment installations on-site.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experienced in AutoCAD (ACAD).
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
• Highly meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Previous site experience and a solid understanding of mechanical installations are essential.
