HR Associate - Operations
Manpower Malta is seeking an HR Associate to join our client's existing team
In this role, you will be based at clients offices in Mriehel and you will be supporting management with contract execution as well as acting as main point of reference for temporary workers (interims).
Duties
- Handling all administrative processes relative to onboarding and off-boarding of interims from pre-selection to post-termination
- Support management with absence management records and performance appraisal documentation
- Updating & maintaining all other HR records and the HRIS (Talexio)
- Collecting, verifying, calculating and entering data relative to Time & Attendance in preparation for payroll
- Communicating with interims mainly via email or calls and assist management with one-to-one meetings
- Data-inputting, mail-handling and issuing/processing any documents or reports as required
- Assisting management with any other tasks relative to this project as the need arises.
Primary Requirements
- Minimum qualification: A level standard of Education or MQF Level 5 equivalent (candidates with an HR qualification will be preferred
- Minimum 3 years work experience in administration (candidates hailing from a HR background will be preferred)
- Customer service background
