HR Executive

Our client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team. As an HR Executive, you'll play a strategic part in shaping our workforce by leading HR initiatives and fostering an environment of collaboration and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Form part of the team overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding. This includes writing engaging job adverts, collaborating with recruitment agencies, managing the Applicant Tracking System, and ensuring a smooth hiring and onboarding process;
  • Ensure HR-related documentation is comprehensive, up-to-date, and compliant with legal standards;
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees, offering guidance on company policies and fostering a culture of transparency and trust;
  • Lead performance management processes, supporting employees in their personal and professional development;
  • Dive into exciting HR projects and contribute to ongoing improvements;
  • Analyze and report on key HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and cost-per-hire to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
Job requirements
  • At least three years of experience in an HR role, with a strong track record in recruitment;
  • A degree-level qualification in HR or a related field;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • A forward-thinking, proactive approach with a passion for staying ahead of HR trends and innovations;
  • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in HR tools, data analysis, Microsoft Word, and Excel;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Maltese and English, with a high standard of integrity and professionalism;
  • A collaborative, team-oriented attitude combined with a proactive and self-motivated mindset.
