HR Lead
Manpower is seeking to recruit an HR Lead to join our client's team.
Overview
The HR Business Partner will work closely with the CEO to lead the HR function across a dynamic, fast-growing events company. This role calls for an experienced HR professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings a proven record in people management, and demonstrates
resilience and assertiveness. The ideal candidate will actively contribute in strengthening the company's culture, with an emphasis on boosting employee engagement, strengthening retention eEorts, and empowering leadership growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management to identify needs and attract top talent
- Lead creative recruitment strategies to attract talent aligned with the company's values and needs.
- Coordinate employee onboarding to ensure new hires are immersed in our unique culture
- Partner with the CEO and other senior leaders to implement and uphold KPIs, organizational structure, and strategic HR initiatives
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and best practices tailored to the events industry
- Conduct internal training sessions on HR-related topics
- Address employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring a harmonious work environment
- Collaborate with the Brand & Culture Coordinator on employee wellbeing initiatives, including employee benefits programs and internal team-building activities
- Collaborate with Finance and handle payroll-related tasks
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and GDPR
- Stay informed about industry trends and legal requirements to ensure HR practices align with current standards

Requirements:
- Ideally a qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 4 - 5 years of HR experience
- Knowledge of payroll, employment laws and regulations will be considered an asset
