Digital Marketing Specialist
Working alongside the decision makers, you will play a pivotal role in executing strategies to achieve the company's business goals. You will manage and take ownership of all digital marketing activities, to continue to drive and grow the digital marketing presence and brand engagement of the company online.
Key responsibilities include managing our Digital Marketing techniques, creating and curating media content, creating effective digital campaigns, coordinating, tracking and reporting metrics of said campaigns, manage lead generation and managing administrative activities, such as budgeting, timesheets, organizing internal media and assistance in other administrative tasks.
Marketing Roles & Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Curate and schedule engaging content, aligned with branding guidelines for
- Information Systems Limited on social platforms.
- Engage in Social Media activities, such as replying to comments & messages.
Email Marketing
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns using mainstream tools such as mailchimp and ActiveCampaign.
- Maintain and update emailing lists.
- Monitor email campaign performance for campaign effectiveness.
Website Management & SEO Marketing
- Use research tools to track keywords and search trends to optimise website content.
- Curate and schedule optimised website blogs.
- Monitor blog performance for landing page effectiveness.
- Monitor site performance ranks on targeted keywords for the website.
Content Curation & Coordination
- Create media (graphics, images + videos via Canva Editor and Photoshop) and content according to company branding guidelines.
- Schedule and plan content consistently across digital platforms.
Event Management
- Assist with coordination of marketing events (internally and externally)
- Manage logistics related to promotional material and bookings
Administrative Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and plan campaign strategies as part of a team to reach company goals.
- Assist and follow up on lead generation across the company.
- Keep up to date with trends to inform for future marketing activities
- Inputting and maintaining regular timesheets.
- Maintain and update yearly marketing budget, including tracking of expenses to be in line with budgetary goals.
- Assist directors and management in day-to-day tasks
- Organise content, media files for easy internal access and compliance.
- Work closely with different departments to ensure marketing efforts align with organisational goals.
- Be a point of contact for works involving external marketing activities.

Key Capabilities & Qualifications:
- A recognised diploma or certification in Marketing.
- 2+ years of experience in managing digital activities in a similar role.
- The right candidate must possess a can-do attitude that takes ownership of the task in hand and ensures deliverables.
- A positive, analytical, result driven mindset is a must.
- Proficiency in managing digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Deep understanding of SEO and website optimisation.
- Analytical mindset to track metrics and interpret them for strategy purposes.
- Leadership and organisational skills to manage projects and work with other departments.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop etc)
- Creating digital media and excellent communication skills for writing post and blog content.
- Familiarity with WordPress.
- Pro-active in managing leads and following up where necessary to maintain.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or with a team.
