Summary
Manpower(IWSL) is seeking to introduce Recruiters to join our internal, energetic team and assist our large portfolio of clients with their staffing needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- To identify market potential by qualifying accounts.
- To initiate sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements.
- To close sales by building rapport with potential customers.
- To explain product and service capabilities, to overcome objections and to prepare contracts.
- To expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services; to develop new applications.
- To contribute information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.
- To accomplish marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- To recommend new products and services by evaluating current product results and to identify needs to be filled.
- To create and implement efficient customer and candidate database.
- To manage the entire process of recruitment, selection and placement of low, middle and top profiles.
Requirements:
- Candidates must be sales-oriented and target driven
- Experience in recruitment will be considered an asset
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of another language is considered an advantage
- Energetic, charismatic and motivated individual with energy and ability to reach target
