Summary

Manpower(IWSL) is seeking to introduce Recruiters to join our internal, energetic team and assist our large portfolio of clients with their staffing needs.

Job Responsibilities:

To identify market potential by qualifying accounts.
To initiate sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements.
To close sales by building rapport with potential customers.
To explain product and service capabilities, to overcome objections and to prepare contracts.
To expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services; to develop new applications.
To contribute information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.
To accomplish marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
To recommend new products and services by evaluating current product results and to identify needs to be filled.
To create and implement efficient customer and candidate database.
To manage the entire process of recruitment, selection and placement of low, middle and top profiles.

Requirements:

Candidates must be sales-oriented and target driven
Experience in recruitment will be considered an asset
Fluency in English
Knowledge of another language is considered an advantage
Energetic, charismatic and motivated individual with energy and ability to reach target
