Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Skilled Operator to join our clients team.
Responsibilities:
Set up machines and materials according to job specifications and supporting documentation.
Operate and monitor machinery, ensuring accurate data entry and documentation.
Conduct quality checks and ensure production meets established standards.
Operate forklifts and assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and products.
Perform troubleshooting, basic adjustments, and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 1 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to communicate in Maltese and/or English.
Forklift driving skills.
Reliable, meticulous, and able to work effectively under pressure.
Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training.
